   Biscuit and gravy was delicious, especially with added fried chicken! We also ordered the fish sandwich and fries which were also delicious. We enjoyed sitting at the bar.

   Our first time here. Menu options were interesting. All looked so good. Our meal was excellent. Food was plentiful. I had the African peanut stew over rice. wonderful. My wife had the trout, preceded by oysters. Our server was pleasant and happy. A definite revisit when we return to Roanoke next spring

   The fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and greens are out of this world. They give you enough for two meals. The chicken is fried to order and incredibly tender. The greens are delicious and are shockingly vegan! They use smoked apple cider vinegar for flavor. For an appetizer, we tried the Akara, black eyed pea fritters. So good! I had a pear and bourbon craft cocktail that was smooth and delish. So good I had two. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is great. It's a small place with nice decor. Great bar! The music is not too loud. Overall, one of the best in Roanoke. I look forward to returning and trying some new items. You cannot go wrong with that chicken!

   The food and cocktails were amazing. I always consider this place when planning a special dinner. Celebrated a birthday here and was very pleased with everything from the moment I was greeted to the complimentary birthday dessert.

   This was the third time we have come to Lucky. The service and food are excellent. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable.

    This was both mine and my guests first time eating here and we will definitely be coming back! Food was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible.
