    We have been going to Lucky 32 for over 20 years, mainly for brunch. Just like every restaurant, you have good days and bad days, and today was one of those bad days. Our service was only on his second day of serving by himself, and it was apparent that he needed more training. He took our order, and we waited forever. Then, he came back to our table and asked if we were ready to order. Once he realized he had taken our order, about 2 minutes later, both our appetizer (the ham biscuits were delicious) and our main meal arrived at the same time. We asked for the main meal to be split, and they said they would make us a new meal so it wouldn't be cold. Once we finished our ham biscuits, he asked if we were ready for our entree, which was the southern breakfast, and not one minute later, he was there with our plates. The food was ice cold. We spoke with the manager, a super nice guy, and he comped our meal, which was the right thing to do. We had a long conversation with him about the history of Lucky 32. I recommend anyone to go there, as they are 95% always on their game; they just had a bad day. We are going back next Sunday for brunch and will definitely be getting those ham biscuits again!

    Service was slow as it was very busy. Two of the items ordered were not good at all. Quite disappointing.
