We serve genuine traditional Italian recipes with our Chef's personal touch, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our Chef bases his creations on his 25 years experience in the restaurant business.

We have been here a few.times and it never disappoints. Great food and great service. Short Rib ravioli, The muscles, Marsala and the Risotto were all outstanding.

They are understaffed. Raul was great but the manager was off and they have had 6 people quit . Juan Carlo , the owner needs to get consistency in his business.

We love this restaurant nestled in a neighborhood. That said, we had a weird experience with the service. Slow, forgetful, and not engaging. I hope it was a fluke.

We ordered our favorites - the short rib ravioli and tagliatelle. Both orders were really skimping on sauce with the pasta. The short rib meat was pretty dry in most of the plump raviolis so the little sauce there was didn’t really make up for some of the dry, yet tender meat. The tagliatelle is suppose to come in a white wine cream sauce - I was looking for traces of the sauce in the bottom of the bowl…. It’s like they’re serving the dishes with the least amount of sauce they can get away with. Their chocolate mousse was flavorful and a good portion to share. It seemed to be a mostly slow Saturday evening. Disappointing. They have a good product, but perhaps they too are struggling and trying to keep costs down.

I ordered the gnocchi with eggplant. The gnocchi was tasty, but the eggplant was overcooked and extremely salty, almost inedible. Hope this can be corrected. Otherwise we enjoy Locanda — the service and atmosphere. The food has varied in quality.

I have food allergies and have eaten at this restaurant and its sister restuarant many times. Last night had waiter that did not communicate well witb the kitchen and I had to send the food back. The whole kitchen seemed not to understand . My food was good but I got it about 20 minutes after my husband got his. Also there was paper towel in the woman’s room.

This place was a regular staple for a nice night out, however on our recent visit the changes were noticeable. Higher prices with Smaller portions, the low lit ambiance is now a bright atmosphere with bright bulbs instead of warm and cozy. Food was still good, however with the higher prices on food and drinks, smaller portions, and bright lights, there are other options and we are disappointed that this restaurant will not be a regular dining option for us.
