About
I have eaten at Little Ollie's several times. During the Covid19 outbreak, I didn't think it would be busy on a Friday for lunch and it wasn't . The service was off, however. My wonton soup was cold and the server told me I wouldn't be charged an extra $2.00 (even though it said on the menu it cost extra). When I asked the server for clarification, he assured me that it was only if I ordered extra. When the bill came, there was the $2.00 upcharge. When I asked the server about it, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. Unfortunately, we didn't leave a very big tip which is what restaurant workers need these days. So sorry.
Always a good time at Little Ollie’s. Food and service was good
Everything was great!
Great server! Very friendly and efficient!
The food was great! We brought a friend with us who hadn't been there in 20 years and she'll be back for more! Best Chinese food in town. High quality ingredients! We had a lovely waiter named Rolando.
Still serving fantastic dishes - I've gone there a number of time over the years.
Food was not hot, usual service, not real excited about returning.
Margot was terrific! Professional, friendly and attentive. The food was very good and we will be back !
I liked the old stir fry menu like cashew chicken and mushu chicken. They have a lot of new choices which is fine.
My friend is a vegetarian so it was nice to have choices for him. Our server was a very nice guy.
Enjoyed the food and appreciated the extensive Gluten Free Menu
Wonderful. Xxxxooooo
Food is always great.
Ability to book table, time was easy.
The host, server et al were very attentive.
Worth your time and treasure.
Great food, great service
I met a friend here and we had great service. I was just not a fan of the steamed pork rolls. They didn’t seem cooked enough and certainly didn’t have enough pork on there for the amount of bread. My friend loved her chicken fried rice!
Little Ollie's provides consistently good food. The presentation for all the dishes was nicely done as well. The wait staff was attentive. We all enjoyed our meal there.
All was perfect’
So disappointed. This was a birthday celebration for our daughter and we wanted it special. Our waiter seemed totally out of it. First, he continually greeted us with "so nice to see you again" but he obviously had us mixed up with other people as it's been over a year and he was wasn't our waiter a year ago. But he KEPT repeating it! My mom wanted a pinot grigio with her dinner but the menu mentioned a pinot gris so she asked what the difference was. He told her the grigio is from Italy and the gris is from Washington! The man needs a lesson in wines! I ordered a sangria and it took well over 10 minutes to get it. The reason for so long? The waiter said it is a "fresh sangria". Hmmmmmmm. I think he forgot. We had a young child with us so my daughter asked if a small dish of rice could be brought out fairly soon for the child. Two HUGE steaming scoops of rice were promptly delivered. I can't fault the waiter too much on this since he's obviously not a parent. The shanghai shrimp was mediocre at best - very little if any flavor. Everyone at the table pretty much agreed that the meal was a bust and nothing worth coming back again. What a difference a year can make . . . from "amazing, looking forward to coming again" to what a waste of time, money and long drive.
Always good, always consistent. Always the nicest servers.
Food was delicious and our server, Carlos, was wonderful!
Denver does not have good Chinese food. We went to Little Ollies on Christmas day. It was very busy as most restaurants were closed that day. I have eaten there about 5 times in 12 years even though I live within a mile. There food is just ok. Our egg rolls arrived cold and greasy. Our Wor Wonton soup was lukewarm. The main course was good. The server was polite and helpful. It is very loud.
Lovely as always!! Loved our server Margot!
Staff was very attentive. Excellent food. We had a family emergency and not everyone could show up. The host was so in tune to our mini-crisis that they gave us a couple of complimetary appetizers. That's the kind of personal attention every retail store and restaurant should be providing.
Overall our dining experience was pleasant and enjoyable. It took a while for our waitress to come back and take our dinner orders after we received our appetizers and drinks. But, we were with friends so the extra time to visit was not difficult to deal with. We will be back......
Fabulous food.
Awesome sauces! Lots of vegan options. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Honestly I usually like Little Ollie's and my family has been coming here for years! Lately we have been ordering take out which is excellent, but this time we decided to go in person since we hadn't eaten in the restaurant in a while. The service was AWFUL. Our waiter never came back to our table after the food was delivered, we wanted more drinks and even after trying to flag down our waiter multiple times we never got to order any more drinks (NOT EVEN WATER), the sushi roll our waiter suggested was disgusting and we ate one bite of it (he NEVER checked if it was satisfactory), it took several minutes after all of our food was served to even have RICE!, overall, the experience was poor and I think it will take a lot of convincing for our family to attend another meal here.
Great restaurant. Loved all the selections across the menu and certainly will go back to try others. Some of the dishes were great ideas, but as compared to other high end Asian fusion places, execution just barely missed the mark (some of the dim sum, for example). Loved the soup dumplings and a few of the chinese traditional entree plates. Crab wontons, truffle edamame dumplings and panang curry were just average. Being picky and comparing to others I would consider top end (Jing, for example). Would DEFINITELY go back and try again. Service (Paul) was excellent.
We took our son and his husband here for dinner. The food was excellent!
Wonderful service, great food!
We loved our meal!
It was an easy booking through Open Table, the service was exceptional, the wine list is admirable (try the Emeritus Pinot Noir) and the meal was fantastic.
We will return many times.
Highly recommended!
I had to send back lettuce wraps. Meat was very VERY sweet which I didn't care for. Got Mu Shoo dish instead....was very good.... and thanks to the manager for replacing it! Sweet waitress!
It was fantastic. Food was great and so was the service. One of my favorite restaurants
The food is always delicious here! I felt they brought our main dishes before we had finished our soups.
Great menu...and quality of fare
One word: DELICIOUS!!!!
Alex our server was FANTASTIC! Overall our lunch was perfect! Thank you.
Arrived with plenty of seating options. Waiter was on the spot and friendly. Restaurant had a fusion look and feel to it. Food was nicely done and presented well. Great place for dinner or lunch!
I was meeting a friend for lunch, who ended up being very late, but Alex our server was unfazed and so incredibly friendly and nice about it... it was all good. And then the food came and OMG...so amazing! We had the kale salad (so delicious!!!) and the chicken pad thai (even more amazing!) I will be back (and can't believe I'd never been there before.) DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
Mixed review here. Our server YOUN lady recently engaged had a very bad night. I might suggest she takes notes next time. Appetizer role showed up after our meal. When we sent it back she gave us a wry disgruntled look as she if she was disappointed. Might try an apology next time. Sometimes we get great service and then sometimes p’s we get this.... She might need reminding that she is being paid to take our order and deliver it. My lemon chicken was not done right at all she should have atleast asked how our food was? Refilled our tea and waters too...
Gutes Essen in einem netten Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung
