Le Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant est le nouvel établissement gastronomique situé dans le Ranche Maison restauré. Leur menu propose une interprétation contemporaine de la cuisine régionale en Alberta. Le Grand Salon peut accueillir environ 125 personnes. La Charlie’s room, peut accueillir 25 autres personnes et il y a des options de salle à manger privées. Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

L’endroit est superbe, le restaurant est aussi bien décoré. Le service est accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons trouvé la qualité des aliments et des plats servi impeccable. Notre seule bémol est le temps d’attente pour recevoir nos plats. Nous avons du passer 1h45 à table pour le lunch du midi.

Nous avons souper au Sky Bistro le 19 avril dernier. Belle experience avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont Sulphur. Tori notre serveuse a été super courtoise. Belle ambiance, service rapide ainsi que cocktail et nourriture de qualité.

Un expérience exceptionnelle. Tant la nourriture, savoureuse et nuancée, que le vin (canadien ! ❤️) et l’ambiance feutrée et relaxante, accompagnée d’un service attentionné et connaissant. Deuxième visite en 4 ans depuis Montréal pour apprécier de nouveau le Signature slaw de M. Lee et ses autres plats toujours aussi délicieux. Le nouveau restaurant est aussi agréable que l'ancien . Au final, facture raisonnable pour la qualité de la table. On y revient lors d'un prochain passage à Toronto

Super comme toujours une belle expérience culinaire en plus hier mon épouse et moi fêtions notre 40e anniversaire de mariage

J’étais la pour fêter mon anniversaire et on a aimé beaucoup l’expérience , la nourriture est très bonne, le service et l’ambiante est excelente , ça était un très belle soirée , c’est sure qu’on va y retourner
