Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Alvin's with a pianist playing in the background. Service was excellent - attentive but not overbearing. Food was very good. We were able to take our time and enjoy the experience.

At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Please note that we do not take reservations for the patio.

The setting is stellar as you drive into Fish Creek Park and there ahead on the right is the restaurant. It is a restored 1901 ranch house and has been open as a restaurant for ten years. The ambience is charming and takes you back to a forgotten past. The menu is up-to-date as is the wine and beverage list. The staff were prompt, friendly and informative. Our party variously chose beetroot salad, a soup of the day, lamb shank, cod, and pork roast. All were excellent, variously buttery (cod), melt in your mouth (lamb) as was the pork dish. All the desserts were excellent. We'll be sure to return to this gem on the south side of Calgary.

Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

Went for coffee and dessert with my daughter. Had a reservation and was seated immediately, even though the restaurant was busy. My daughter ordered the red velvet iced latte. It was amazing and worth the price. The drink comes with a fair sized piece of red velvet cake do this was a drink and dessert in one! I decided on trying the passion fruit lemonade drink. It looked amazing and tasted great. I also deciddd to order the PB & J molten lava cake. I was a bit disappointed with this choice because the cake was very dry and not much peanut butter taste at all. Would probably not order this again. Definitely not with $14 . Our server was excellent and never made us feel rushed even though the restaurant was busy. The ambiance of the restaurant at night is excellent. Highly recommend this place for a date night or even just a late dinner. I have booked a birthday at this restaurant for this summer. Will do another review in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for my birthday celebration. Our server was fantastic—patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the oysters, although they were smaller than the ones I've had previously at Q at the Fairmont Empress. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for my birthday celebration. Our server was fantastic—patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the oysters, although they were smaller than the ones I've had previously at Q at the Fairmont Empress. Hopefully, larger oysters will be available next time. Aside from that, everything was exceptional. I truly appreciated the warm welcome from every staff member upon arrival. We went to Blu on Avenue Road for our 3rd anniversary dinner and had a quiet romantic table on the ground floor. Staff went out of their way to explain the menu and our choices. It was clear that they were very loyal and loved their jobs and the place. They did give us some quiet time too. Then we were told the restaurant was about to close because of a huge rent increase at their lease renewal. We hope the new location opening on King Street West will come close to the beautiful spacious building on Avenue Road. Even if it does not we will be there because the food and service is so good. We each had an amazing scallop appetizer and we were glad we did not split it and had our own. For main courses the pasta, lamb and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. We were too full for ordering dessert but they brought a tiramisu to share and we were able to finish before leaving happy. We can’t wait to return to the new location in May.

For my tastes and experiences, it was easily worth the unique atmosphere! The million dollar view is worth the trip. But it gets better....The staff were great, they helped with each others tables serving or clearing and they were efficient but also fun. We ordered from the early menu which is somewhat limited....That said the food was very good, the focaccia bread was perfect, the Caesar salad was good and the meals very tasty....The dessert was excellent. Being older - we would prefer to order from a menu, the set menu is too much food for us. We did enjoy the restaurant and would recommend it

In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs.
