This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! You can tell a lot of thought and detail went into the décor and overall atmosphere. The food was very good, and the flavors did not disappoint. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food service was a bit disorganized. Dishes came out slowly and at random times, which made it hard for everyone at the table to enjoy their meal together, especially the appetizers. We left around 10 PM on a Saturday, just as the DJ was starting and the music got noticeably louder. It didn’t bother me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quieter dining experience. Overall, I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

We have been to this location before so we are not sure why things were off during this visit. They weren’t busy but we had to wait for 15-20 minutes for our meals. My husband and I did the fixed prix option and each meal comes separately and we had to wait for another 10 minutes before my husband received his meal. The table next to us experienced the same thing. Everyone was done eating before his meal appeared. It made so sense because they weren’t busy. The server also disappeared for a long time as well. It wasn’t the best service but the meal was ok.

Went here for the first time for my wife's birthday dinner, so glad we did! We got "The Treatment", which is their prix-fixe offering. It was an outstanding value - we got a great variety of flavors and textures, and the portions were extremely generous (come hungry!). Also, our server, Amy, did an excellent job of adjusting the menu for dietary restrictions. We'll definitely be back for more!

We had a great experience at Cicchetti. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the restaurant is lovely. Our waiter, Ishmael (sorry if the spelling is incorrect), was new to the restaurant but he did great. The GM was there reassuring him the whole time and everyone was very attentive. Everyone decided on the Treatment as our waitress suggested it and we were very pleased with the selection of dishes that were brought out. It was such a variety of apps small plates entrees and desserts. Poke bowl was outstanding. Calamari was perfectly fried and seasoned. Burrata cheese was a favorite. Highly recommended the shrimp and lobster linguini. Can't go wrong with any of the desserts. Will come back again and try some more items.
