Lovely spot right on the river with beautiful views of the skyline. Menu has great variety, and everything was seasoned beautifully. Started with the baby lettuces and the Parker House rolls, and then had the rigatoni Bolognese, crispy cod with chickpeas, steak skewers with shishito peppers, and steak Tartar with with chicharrones. My sons enjoyed their raspberry refreshers.

We had a great meal at 626- what a great place to spend our birthdays! We had an excellent and tasty meal and a great waitress. The Colombian soup was fantastic, as well as the pork chop, both specials for Cinco! We can’t wait to come back and try some more- thanks for a great evening!

Food was delicious as always at Salt! First time I went for lunch rather than dinner. When I made reservation, I was a bit unsure what the noise level would be at lunchtime for a business lunch, but turned out just fine. Good variety of lunch options. From the mahi mahi entree to salads and sandwiches, everyone in our party was happy.

I enjoyed a mini chive biscuit and a lavender bread. The salads we ordered were colorful and flavorful. I also loved the lentil curry plate. For dessert we shared the peanut butter cheesecake. Beautiful presentation and flavor! We rounded out our meal with a cocktail and glass of wine. Our server and food runners were very professional and personable too.

Our server was quite nice, but clearly not supported and not as attentive as could be, not their fault. It’s a great place but the vibe has been off significantly since the layoffs and service charge was implemented due to new city laws.

This is my third time dinning at L'Oca d'Oro and it was fantastic. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The happy hour special is incredible along with the service, wine list and food. I can not say enough good things about this restaurant.

We were fortunate enough to have the upstairs seating in an almost private setting. It definitely made the experience so special as we were celebrating a graduation and birthday. Our host was amazing with just the right amount of communication and wonderful suggestions. And of course the food and drinks....incredible flavors and so creative. All and all our best visit as we have now been there 3 times.

The attention to detail and the delicious food keeps me coming back. Food allergy folks such as gluten this is your chance to have a fine dining experience. The chef takes great care to make sure your food is safe. Last night being mother's day was super busy and the waitstaff was amazing. When all the buzz wears off the "it" place this is where you go for an amazing meal with understated elegance. Since Le Central was rebooted several years ago by staff it's had a bit of a revival. I'm not a fan of the cassoulet, but that aside all the other choices I've had have been very good. What I really like is that it's not a casual restaurant, yet it feels very unpretentious. A lot of that comes from the friendly but direct no-nonsense service. The service is great, but it's not obsequious, and I like that.

My friend is a vegan, so we decided to try Farmer's Table. We were blown away by the number of vegan or gluten-free items on the menu. We started with a cup of bone broth and chickpea soup. We also shared an order of avocado and cucumber appetizers. The avocado cucumber dip was outstanding. For the main course, my date ordered the eggplant lasagna, and I had the skirt steak. We finished with dessert, coffee, and chamomile mint tea. The food was delicious, our server, Juan, was great. Highly recommended.

We started with martinis and bread w/raspberry butter. The drinks were served timely and were excellent. Best martinis we’ve had in a while. Kudos to the bartender! The filets were perfectly prepared along with very good sides. The entire experience was up to par for our favorite restaurant. We regularly travel the 40 miles to get to Woody’s. It’s always worth the trip.

01/25/2025: It was my first time there. You have to enter through Embassy Suites hotel. I made a reservation but it wasn't needed, there was only one couple when I arrived. The jazz music was perfect. I was looking for "fine dining," but this wasn't a bad choice. The dining area is large, but the bar seats 10 people at best. There was a bathroom inside the restaurant and it was clean. But the lock on the accessible bathroom needs repair. I had to lean on the door and jiggle the lock to engage it. Maitlon was my server. He was patient and worked with the bartender (a lady) to find a drink I would like. She ended up creating something and it was tasty. Maitlon helped me choose between different menu items. I had the flank steak w/mashed potatoes and asparagus. My steak was medium and tender. Maitlon delivered my meal with a steak knife. Which is rare because most restaurants don't serve your food with a proper steak knife. I had lemon cheesecake with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. There was a solid lemon flavor to the cheesecake. The berry compote had a good texture and was not thin. The whipped cream was fluffy and the pistachios were ground to a good texture. Overall, it was a good experience. The meal was just under $70 for one person. The staff (Maitlon and the bartender) were friendly and patient with all of the guests. One suggestion would be to add a bread basket while you wait for your entree. I'll slip in to try a burger next time.

Quiet table and great service. My husband and I both had the halibut special and it was cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée was outstanding !!! Highly recommend.
The cuisine at Three Birds Restaurant is prepared using locally sourced, organic produce and proteins whenever possible. Other environmental initiatives at the restaurant include using biodegradable straws and installing energy efficient lighting.

I brought some friends from out of town to try before ronin closes and they LOVED IT. They were shocked and impressed by how much is made in house and to quality of it. I love this restaurant and I loved getting to share it with friends

We recently visited this local gem and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making for an enjoyable evening. It truly felt like a great local discovery. That said, there were a couple of hiccups in the meal. The steak, while flavorful, was not cooked consistently throughout, leaving some uneven spots where it was medium then very well in others. Additionally, the dessert—particularly the cake—fell a bit short of expectations, lacking the flavor profile we had hoped for—bourbon. Despite these issues, the quality of service and charm of the place have left a positive impression. We’re looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu. With a bit more consistency in the kitchen, this spot has the potential to be a favorite as the drinks and the rest of the meal was superb.
