The Bow Valley Ranche is located at the end of Bow Bottom Trail SE, in Fish Creek Provincial Park, just follow the signs for Bow Valley Ranche.

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Please note that we do not take reservations for the patio.

Lovely evening at Hillside Bistro. Thanksgiving dinner for two was delicious and inventive with just enough of the traditional flavours. Wine parings were excellent. Originally reserved a spot inside but decided on the patio instead and the change was made cheerfully by Sarah who also provided attentive service for the rest of the evening. I make it a point to visit when we are in Penticton and I have never been disappointed. Thank you

A wonderful experience. We had the Surf and Turf with a glass of red and white wine. Salad, desert with specialty coffee. Service is excellent at times it felt a bit rushed though. My husband’s food presentation and taste all of it was good. However; continuing to eat my steak found it was ok for the value.

We were a larger group and our two servers were attentive and welcoming. The hospitality was on point. Small things, like brining some ginger ale in a flute for a guest who doesn't drink so that he could participate in a toast with the rest of the table, show how you are going the extra mile for your guests. Food was delicious, everything from the salads to the mains were full of incredible flavours and textures. The detail put into having a specific plant based menu made it a new favourite spot for one of our guests. We will be back for sure, especially since this time we didn't have time to try dessert.

Treadwell offers indoor dining and outdoor dining on our enclosed and heated patio. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During the Fall and Winter months, dinner reservations are available on Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 730pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we offer two seatings - between 5pm and 6pm; as well as between 745pm and 8:45pm (with each table allocated 2hr 30min). Please note that our menu for dinner is a multi-course, prix fixe menu ($115 per guest).

Lunch reservations are available between 11:30am and 2pm, with our lunch a la carte menu being offered. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am
