Had a great time for my birthday breakfast. I thought they served brunch every Sunday but I was wrong. That's ok, it gave us more money for mimosas! The variety of food was good. Loved the scrambled eggs, the pecan bun, the French toast and the bacon! They even brought me a little cake for my birthday. All in all, it was fun to feel fancy and spend time in that amazing room! It's my favorite in San Francisco!

The staff and experience of dining at the Plumed Horse was pretty incredible. Super welcoming and accommodating staff and they were super conscious of our time while we were there. They asked about our plans for the rest of the evening and given that we had a concert to get to in a few hours, slightly sped up the 8 course dining experience. My only complaint was the efforts to upsell while already partaking of a rather expensive meal. We were suggested to begin with caviar and champagne, which ended up costing an additional $100. We were also suggested to substitute wagyu for the local beef, but fortunately opted not to as I’m sure that would’ve also been an insane up charge. All in, the experience and service make this place. Food was good, but not life changing. $750 for dinner for two, without any alcohol

This was our third time eating here. We had a lovely server, but the food wasn’t as good as the last two times. We both had Croque Madame, but the bechamel sauce wasn’t right, and the beignets were doughnuts. Perhaps most diners don’t know what to expect, but we won’t go again to pay high prices for non-authentic food.

This is a cute little restaurant staffed with the nicest young people who work hard but never show fatigue or anything but loving it and the customers they serve. Food is tasty, somewhat salty, and served in decent portions--so it's a good value. The restaurant is clean and cheerful.

We love trying different omakase in S.F., and this one was particularly excellent—interesting, unexpected, delicious. We had the nigiri omakase option, and the fish was excellent, on par with other high end sushi restaurants in S.F. But what really stood out were the vegetarian courses in the meal. Each was perfectly prepared, with subtle yet complex flavors. Every small dish was exquisite and completely different. The food was beautifully presented and the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was a cold night, and the waiter brought us fresh mugs of steaming green tea again and again. Even the tea was particularly high quality and well prepared—flavorful with no bitterness. Of the many Japanese restaurants we have tried in S.F. and elsewhere outside of Japan, this one seemed wonderfully authentic. Reminded us of meals at minshukus in Japan with so many little dishes, each a delight. Will definitely return.

Impeccable service as always. New 5-course menu is more focused and enjoyable than the previous 8-course version. This should not be considered classic Chinese cuisine, however. Mr. Chen is doing his own thing while drawing heavily on Taiwanese influences (much of what is offered for sale at China Live is from Taiwan, so the quality is much higher than products from China).

We were 6 people celebrating a birthday. As usual the food and service were outstanding. We had a table all the way in the back which is much quieter than the rest of the restaurant. I suggest this area if you want to talk. Our waiter, Michael, was terrific. He helped us with our ordering, was very attentive to our needs, patient and very courteous. He helped make the celebration that much more enjoyable. This is a wonderful restaurant on any day but particularly excellent for a special occasion.

Beautiful Healdsburg spot with an impressive menu, tea selection, gift shop and knowledgeable team. Ramen was tasty as was the gyoza appetizer. We enjoyed matcha cake dessert too. I appreciate how our server recommended a tea—so good with notes of popcorn of all things! And she was attentive to refilling our teapot and bringing over the hourglass timer so our tea steep time was just right.

New Year’s dinner at SD San Ramon!!! You know when they offered Kumamotos on the half-shell, the night was going to be all right. The yellowtail crudo, Banh Nam rice cake, Gau Choy Gau pork/shrimp dumplings, Imperial Rolls were our amazing appetizers accompanied by Erdinger Hefeweizen from Germany, Gunserloch Reisling Kabinett also from Germany and two cocktails, the Bumblebee and Ginger Limeade tasted perfect for my daughters. For entrees, tried the Pork Belly simmered in a rich soy broth, my favorite Crab Cellophane Noodles and can’t come here without having their signature Shaking Beef. Plus some sautéed Bok Choy and Jasmine Rice. But wait, can’t pass up dessert and all three offerings were fantastic!! Outstanding service by Kristen and the management really made it worth the drive from Alameda.

Everything tasted delicious. we went for Oakland restaurant week our reservation was for 6 PM and we were promptly greeted and seated. our food came out right away, everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Our 2 servers were wonderful. we met the owner she was very nice. she gave us some non alcoholic beverages free of charge for being 1st time customers. I will return.

It was our first time at Tenderheart. A wonderful location and ambiance near the theaters. We were well taken care of by our servers, who checked in regularly to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I had an absolutely delicious salad, which I would love to revisit. The burrata was also amazing. I think I could go back for a few of those for a main course! We ran into a wrong food order, which they quickly resolved, and removed from our bill. They were quick, efficient and friendly; all too happy to help. We would gladly go back.
