Quality of Food and presentation of Food was phenomenal
Great wine choices - exceptional service - five star review for a reason
We have been eating here for more than 20 years ... it is the most delicious and beautifully prepared food on the planet.... always consistent and perfect 🎉
Wonderful as always!
An exquisite restaurant. Wonderful service. Excellent food. Fabulous ambiance. Take your time and revel in this superb restaurant
The quail was not up to the usual excellence. It was tough and stringy and the sauce watery and too salty. The bed of peas was too salty and there was too much of it. They should have had another vegetable with it such as potatoes or rice.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal with a yummy wine to accompany it. The server Brendan & sommelier Andy were both helpful & delightful, as well. The wine list is extensive and the setting beside Gore creek is lovely! This is our favorite Vail restaurant.
We enjoyed a lovely dinner creekside. This is our favorite Vail restaurant.
Best fine dining in Vail. Food was outstanding.
Overly priced food that was not good ( like old old style french) serves by a waiter who smirked when you pronounce a dish wrong
The food is delicious. The only issue was the $46 Basil Hayden Manhattan. That is ridiculous. They said Basil Hayden is a premium liquor and had to get. We get it all the time in Denver. We call BS
Our favorite dining experience in Vail! Elegant atmosphere, delectable cuisine, delightful servers, just the right portions, in the French way! Never disappointed!💕
Elegant and expensive
Delicious food and welcoming service.
Excellent service, ambience,, food. It’s pricey but worth it. Delightful experience. I highly recommend this place.
Best French restaurant in Vail Colorado. One of my favorite restaurants.
Excellent food - quality and variety. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend it…
This elegant restaurant is a must for a romantic dinner or special occasion. The food is superb, as is the service. From cocktails to appetizers to entrees to dessert, we had a fabulous time. It is pricey. But Vail.
Great place for French food overlooking Gore Creek
Great food and service
There was a challenge with the wine suggested by the sommelier, but he was very attentive and replaced the bottle with something that was acceptable. Our waiter was extremely helpful and professional.
A Vail classic has kept it's greatness. Great food, great service
This is an excellent restaurant. The French Onion soup was very good. The Rack of Lamb was exceptional. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Their selection of French wines was fantastic. If you enjoy fine dining, wines from France and French inspired cuisine, this is the best restaurant in Vail.
Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and it was a lovely experience. The food was exceptional as well as the service.
Every course was outstanding. As always, we found the highest quality ingredients and presentation. No matter what you order, every mouthful is sigh worthy! The wait staff is still the best of the best. Highly attentive, helpful and timely-which I understand has been a challenge for other restaurants in the valley. The restaurant was full and our family really enjoyed an evening out. Thank you Left Bank!
I have been eating here for years (as a kid and now as an adult)... it’s a Vail classic and perhaps the restaurant with the best ambiance in the village...very fun place and the food is delicious! Great place for special occasions.
If you like classic French cuisine, then this is a place for you. Everything we had was excellent, with lobster bisque taking the prize. I gave it only 4 stars on 'Value' because some of the prices, such as for foie gras, are higher than anywhere else in the Vail Valley.
Finally a restaurant where you can hear your partner speak! Bravo for the quiet ambiance.
Food flavor profile is fair at best, and is stuck in the old ages. Felt this restaurant is for tourists to come once and perhaps old timers that like historic memories. They have so much potential, but felt like a lack of effort was given. Would recommend La Tour for French cuisine at Vail village.
Awful restaurant. The food was very average, the service extremely slow, NOT worth its price. For example, A tomato soup that tasted like it was just taken out of a can. But that was not the worst of it. We ordered a salmon that tasted oddly minty, a very strange taste that you don’t want in your overpriced food. So we notified our waiter and told him we would like to return it. When we got the check, they charged us the salmon we returned. We then notified the manager who gave us a terrible attitude and said that the chef decided he was not going to take it out of the bill. The attitude that the manager gave us was terrible. Don’t waste your time and money.
El mesero fue un poco arrogante
Excellent food and service, but the restaurant needs to update the menu out front as prices are lower than they are in the restaurant.
The soufflé had raw egg and caused an upset stomach
Excellent, well prepared food. I would prefer a bit better control of the dress code, considering the level of restaurant that they aspire to be. Backwards baseball caps and ripped jeans aren't appropriate in any high end french restaurant, ski resort or not.
The Absolute BEST.. Food was amazing.. Chef clearly cares about every single detail.. and all waitstaff was truly incredible!! Thank you
The food was delicious and our server was great.
The Left Bank is a Vail standard which has gotten better with age. Not unlike its competitor La Tour across the creek, it has brought classic French cuisine into the 21st century. Great ambience, efficient and friendly service, and an incredible wine list. For our family, our time in Vail is not complete without a visit to the Left Bank.
Always our favorite restaurant in Vail!!!! Fabulous food ambiance and service. Andy is a gracious host and always knows the perfect wine!
Absolutely awesome food. One of the best meals we have ever had!
Perfect for a big girl date night with bling. Visually amazing and incredible food. We will be back
