Recognized as one of Omaha's finest restaurants, Le Voltaire's features classical French cuisine with a flair. The Executive Chef, Owner, Cédric S. Fichepain is committed to providing an atmosphere of understated elegance, fine service and extraordinary cuisine.

On the menu, you'll find items such as Lamb, Filet Mignon, Fresh Fish, Duck and other culinary delights, complemented by baguette, cheese plate and desserts. Each dish is prepared using the freshest flavors of the season and ingredients of the highest quality. Some dishes are Chef Cédric S. Fichepain mother's and Grandmother's very own special recipes.

Your dining experience will be enhanced by gorgeous interior design with a touch of the southern part of France along with a breath taking floral design of the full bar. The wine list is constantly updated to represent the best wine selections from the regions of France. Le Voltaire has received the Wine Spectator Award for the past 15 years.

                                                                          What a treat to be able to dine at Le Voltaire. We were visiting from out of town and thrilled to find a French restaurant. Everything was exceptional as was our server, Lisa. We all loved every course, and will absolutely return on our next visit to Omaha. Truly a pleasure to find this jewel in Omaha.

                                                                          The service was excellent. This is the second time I’ve been here and appreciate how great the staff are. We got the seafood cheese appetizer and it was very good and so was the Caesar salad with anchovies. I got the mussel and clam dinner and unfortunately it had a lot of grit. I am chalking it up to this time because the last time I had fish here it was the most perfectly cooked fish I have ever had.

                                                                          We were in Omaha for a wedding and came to Le Voltair for dinner. I ordered the baked Brie which was topped with apricots and cranberries, think fruit compote. The Brie was fabulous! Both my sister and I both ordered the duck breast special that came with mushroom risotto. Paired with the house red or white it was delicious. My wife had the beef borgnone that also was delicious. Our server was Sam and she was efficient and delightful. The prices were reasonable and we’d definitely recommend this French restaurant.

                                                                          We have a wonderful experience! The service was outstanding! But the food was even better. This was probably the most perfectly cooked fish I have ever had anywhere. I had the boullabaiise with shrimp, mussels, salmon and white fish and it was excellent! The other entree we ordered was a special seafood pesto pasta. Again, the fish was cooked to perfection! It has large scallops, mussels, shrimp and clams. I’ve already booked our next reservation.

                                                                          The Filet Mignon was melt in your mouth delicious. My wife had the Bouillabaisse which she throughly enjoyed. Drinks, wine, food were all wonderful.
