Sunday brunch was amazing and also the service!
love this restaurant. great food and service, quiet enough that you can actually carry on a conversation. always a love lovely evening.
Relaxing and delicious French ambiance and cuisine. Service is exceptional and friendly.
The food was awesome and the service was outstanding. Thank you!!
We came here for date night, and had a great time! Lisa was glad to help us choose a wine we like, and our server Sam was great. Very friendly, and allowed us to enjoy our meal and didn't feel rushed by any means.
We both ordered off of the special menu for our entrées, my wagu strip loin was fantastic, along with my girlfriends veal stew.
I haven't been here in many years, and I'm very happy to say, it's as good as I remembered!
Our server was lovely and the food was very good. My dissatisfaction came with our seating. I made the reservation a week ahead of time. We were offered the two worst tables in the house in my view. By the cash register/bar/front door and once we showed dissatisfaction at that seating was offered a table by the toilet. We settled for a table back in the party room with loud people at tables of 8 as opposed to being offered a cozy table in the restaurant area for two, of which there were plenty. My husband won’t come back because of that.
It was a charming evening to be had by all. The waitress was very proficient and knew about the different entrees. The brie cheese dish was delicious. Next time I think I will have that for my dinner.
It is a lovely restaurant and we enjoyed being there!!
We went for Sunday brunch and the food and service were perfect!
Our first time there for Sunday brunch and we will definitely be back. The Sunday menu was great. The food and service was amazing. Great experience!
Excellent wine and food! Allowed enough time between courses and you don’t feel rushed
Great dining experience! Will go back again soon!
Delicious salmon in a puff pastry and my husband loved his veal chop! The service was great as well!
Great staff, great food. Very nice experience.
We love to go to Le Voltaire for special occasions. We have traveled to Paris many times and their food reminds of going there. We are not wine drinkers but they serve "1664" beer! Merci
Delicious food, excellent service, great wine list, charming and cozy.
Le Voltaire is always amazing, and on this visit I discovered that they make an amazing Boulevardier!
We had another wonderful experience last night and enjoyed meeting the new owner. Our dinners were all excellent with the above and beyond service Le Voltaire provides.
We were happy the prices are still reasonable for a high end restaurant.
Delicious food, great service! Will return happily!
It had been a while since we had been to Le Voltaire and we were happy to find that it is still one of our favorite Omaha dining spots. The food is perfection, the service outstanding and our anniversary experience was memorable!
We always enjoy dining at Le Voltaire. The food is wonderful. It is exciting to be immersed in the ambiance.
Thanks to Chef/Owner Wilson for coming to our table. We wish him the best!
Birthday celebration made special by the service at Le Voltaire.
We love the ambiance of Le Voltaire and the friendly staff! The food is excellent too!
Our Friday dinner at Le Voltaire was about the same as usual --- totally superb!
The big news is Cedric is leaving the kitchen and going full time at the next door bakery. The "new" chef has been in that kitchen for over ten years. So, the high standards we all assume will remain.
Lisa's martini was great. My escargot was wonderful with lots of butter for dipping the bread. I almost always order lamb and it again for most tasty. Herself had the fish special which was pronounced to be most enjoyable. We split a creme brûlée for dessert.
Le Voltaire stands out in a city known for fine food and will be on our "go to" list always.
Great delicious food every time. Specials are amazing.
We moved away from Omaha 4 1/2 years ago. Dinner was wonderful, as it always was when we lived there. My wife had the pheasant and risotto. I had the beef bourguignon. Our favorite server (Elizabeth) took great care of us, as she always has. Don’t let COVID claim this gem of a restaurant.
This restaurant reminds of one of those wonderful NYC boutique restaurants. The ambience enhances the meal experience, service is perfect (timing, care, knows menu options, fantastic recommendations for wine pairings), and each of our party thoroughly enjoyed their menu choices! LeVoltaire is in my top three favorite restaurants in Omaha!
Great service and atmosphere. Appetizer, side dishes, and dessert were wonderful. The main dishes were not very good.
Always enjoy our dinners and service!
Always the best service (Elizabeth). House red a nice dry wine. The best in Omaha. A shout out to Wilson.
Nic and Lisa are always fabulous! So happy to see the dining room full of people enjoying Chef Wilson's creations. (Bonus: Tuesdays are half of wine!)
Great place to eat.
It was our daughter’s 24th birthday and she wanted to go somewhere she hadn’t been before. We chose Le Voltaire because my husband and I have been before and loved it. They didn’t disappoint! We had escargot and their charcuterie board which were wonderful. My husband had the Bouillabaisse and I had the Beef Bourguignon and our daughter had the filet. They were all delicious. Our waitress was wonderful and we are excited to go back.
Great food, great service! Consistent excellence.
Food was perfectly prepared. Feel like you are part of the family.
Very good food and service, Menu a bit outdated
Made a last minute reservation. As usual, we greated by name and seated at our "usual" table. After that, everything got better. :-). Lisa shakes a great martini. I had my usual escargot appetizer which came so hot I had to sip on my drink until it cooled. Easy! Herself loved the salmon special. I tried the chef's favorite, bouillabaisse, which I will order again sometime.
Lisa's service, as always, perfection itself.
We have made more Open Table reservations here than all other combined.
Had the Wagyu special & Coq au Vin. The steak had some chewy parts but the sauces with both dishes were great. Service was a little slower than usual but they were training a new server that night. This was our first visit since Cedric sold the restaurant 3 weeks ago. We’ll wait & see what changes they make going forward.
Enjoyed the meal and the evening. Service was really good.
We always enjoy a meal from LeVoltaire, whether we carry out or especially eat in. The food is always a treat from start to finish. The chef's creations are outstanding.
Our waitress was very attentive, treating us like we were the only ones there. We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like a special French treat.
