This place is always amazing!
One of the best French restaurants ever!!!!!
Birthday
The food was absolutely delicious. The staff always very helpful and friendly. You are never rushed and yet you don’t feel that you are not being attended to. Atmosphere is absolutely the best.
Most elegant dining in Palm Springs. We're glad they have finally reopened the courtyard dining, a real treat.
The ambiance in the courtyard is lovely! We ordered the tasting menu and loved every course! I only wish they had a wine pairing option to go with the tasting menu. Great service and delicious food. We were visiting from out of town and it was the best dinner we had by far!
Nonpareil. Le Vallauris had just re-opened after 11 months and it was as if we had been there just last week. Though we understand changes are coming next year were so happy to see the same wonderful team creating the same great dining experience that we booked a weekly table through April. I can’t state it’s the best cuisine in Palm Springs because I haven’t been everywhere, but Le Vallauris is our favorite.
we enjoyed the evening
the food was very good
it wasn’t the first time we visit this restaurant
and we always coming back when we’re in town
They continue to provide one of the top dining experiences in the valley. Great to see most staff have returned after 11 months. The lobster salad is amazing. Staff were most welcoming. Great to have you open again!
This is one of our favorite places to celebrate something special, but tonight it was about fine dining for the first time since Covid started. Patio dining and good separation meant we felt safe. The wait staff was amazing as always. Mark and Raymond were perfect, and the food was epic. We really felt well taken care of, especially by the Somm, Bruce. No pretension at all; we told him our parameters and he picked the perfect wine. You spend a bit more here but trust us, it’s worth every penny.
One of our very favorite restaurants on Palm Springs
Our favorite restaurant in the desert. It can’t be beat for french food in a beautiful setting, unless you can fly to The south of france.
We have been going there for years. In fact, we got married there in 2005. We have always loved it. Happy to hear it is open again and will going back often.
One of the best restaurants in the valley! We love the staff and they genuinely seem to enjoy their work.
Another wonderful lunch at my favorite restaurant. Classic food I love, gracious service. A great experience. please don't change the menu or the format.
This is the best brunch in California. We are so happy La Val is back open.
Everything was the same as pre-pandemic, outstanding.
Miss being greeted by Patrice.
Separate Valet charge is less than sterling. Tips worked fine for decades.
It was wonderful to be able to dine there after 11 months. My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs.
This is without a doubt the most exquisite dining experience in Palm Springs. Food, service, setting....
We are so happy to see Le Vallauris has re-opened and that superman Willy and our favorite waiters are still there. It was just as delicious as before and wonderful to have Sunday brunch under the lovely tree canopy. Still my favorite restaurant and people!
We are so happy they are back. Food was superb and service first rate. They have not missed a beat.
Amazing food and service.
It is the perfect special occasion dinner spot. We went while staying across the street at the willows. My husband and I thought it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. It was very special and romantic. We tried the escargot. It came out boiling hot so be careful, but it was super delicious full of garlic and butter. Then we tried the duck and the lobster ravioli. Both were perfect as well. First time trying duck for us and so worth it. So much lobster in the ravioli and good sized portions for both. Our server was mark and he was very nice and helpful :) we tried the soufflé because of all the good reviews, it’s light and fluffy so if your full from dinner won’t fill you up too much, it was really good but not our absolute fav. One of our favorite dinners yet!!! I don’t believe any bad review on here.
INCREDIBLE. We’re making a point to go back. Every single le vallauris employee added to the amazing experience, and it wasn’t even necessary because the food spoke for itself.
Everything was perfect as usual! Food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. This is our favorite restaurant in the Desert!!! I highly recommend it.
Nice evening. Great service. Excellent food as usual.
The sommelier Bruce Barrett is THE BEST in the business! Extremely knowledgeable and always educates while simultaneously pointing you in the best possible direction of the finest wine within your budget! I always make a point to take every visiting guest to Le Vallauris for both the amazing cuisine and to meet Bruce!
Le Vallauris is ALWAYS absolutely excellent in every respect. A very special place to make memories.
Husband’s birthday!
Wonderful!!!
The staff was friendly and efficient... I never felt rushed.
The food as usual was delicious and skillfully presented.
Always a lovely experience.
One of the most outstanding restaurants you will every eat at!
Excellent food and service
A very special patio and place
Always magical
Even after dining there for over 25 years!
Nothing comparable in the Palm Springs area or the WestCoast! Amazing in all areas!
Loved all the food and the service is amazing. It’s gorgeous on the back patio. Cocktails were also perfect.
Awful. We left half way through to save our night. Food was of poor quality, uninventive, outdated, unrefined, over priced, poorly executed and served in larger portions that make no sense for a French restaurant. An « amuse bouche » consisted of THREE (not just one) portions of smoked salmon on some kind of thick whipped cream cheese (not crème fraîche) SERVED ON A RUFFLE potato chip. Some kind of pathetic attempt to look like gastromique cuisine all to be able to charge gastro prices.... Nothing French about the place. A complete rip off.
It has not been open for many months, so there is an excuse there. Service was slow and the patio was spaced well.
Our waiter was nice, but the service staff were lousy, they would disappear at times or stand around the tables chit chatting in a foreign language.
Food was ok, but not 5 star or for that fact 4 star.
Aw, running a place in a tourist town is not easy, but it should be better than this, and the gal at the door should lean the language a bit better.
Been coming to Paul's places since he was in LA on Melrose.
But I would hope that menu would change once in awhile.
It seems to list the same types food year after year.
But I am getting old and sometimes I hope for a surprise.

Top French restaurant anywhere. The service, food, and wine rivals any dining experience in US or France. The outdoor venue is more like an enchanted forest.
The food and service is absolutely outstanding. The menu offers many hard to find delicious items.
We love the ambiance sitting in a tree house having dinner
A lovely romantic dinner setting. Service, efficiency, ambiance, and food quality were all exceptional! Love the Chilean Sea Bass. Appreciate that they have gluten free options as well. Wonderful experience.
The best restaurant in PS. Period!
