   A wonderful and true dining experience. Food, service and ambiance are impeccable. We were originally seated next to a large party in the patio center, and graciously moved to a quieter table. The restaurant has never disappointed.

   We went to celebrate the New Year’s Eve, and I brought my parents over with my husband. As we are French, we were excited to get an exquisite experience with great quality food. Although the food was good, I must say it was way overpriced for the final value of the meal. At $200 per head, I’m expected to be transported to France & be wowed. I don’t think I have been transported anywhere else than my restaurant seat.

   We hadn't been to PS in about 7yrs and that was our last visit to Le Vallauris. I made the rez for NYE dinner. We dressed chic af and it was nice to see many other diners had done the same. We were seated in the lovely garden with all the beautiful tall trees, decked in lights. We had a lovely greeting upon entry and the support waitress was great, but our main waiter was either too distracted or didn't care to be there. He basically took our order and never really saw him again. He never checked on us once. Our drinks were empty and he never asked us for another round, so we had to ask for him. He never asked how our dishes were and dropped the check when we finished dessert, not even asking if we wanted coffee during it, which we did. He took the check back & made our coffees and again never saw him after that. I went to the bathroom and saw him sitting folding napkins, so I had to ask for the check. When you pay over $200+ each for a NYE prix fix, you expect a level of service that was not remotely met. It was such a disappointing experience and a sad way to end 2024.

   When I booked the table they did not tell me the menu was preset or new years and I had to overpay for dinner they should inform you if you make a reservation that it’s a set price per person on certain days

   The prix fixe might not have been the best thing to do, we might have enjoyed getting into a la carte selections - another time... great food, good service, but the best thing about this restaurant is the wine list.

   We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The food was outstanding. The weight staff was really good and attentive however, there is a very loud obnoxious party next to us. Several tables complained about them, but they completely ruined our experience and I believe the experience of every other customer that evening

    We attended with friends for our son's 41st birthday. We were promptly seated at a perfect table (one of our party is in a wheelchair...). Drinks were ordered, the menu was explained in depth. Drinks and food arrived perfectly. All staff were great! Food was exquisite! An enjoyable time was had by all...!
