I love this place. I was so excited to get a reservation. Happy hour is 5-7 and is definitely a good deal. The dishes are significantly less and drinks are under $10! Definitely go check this place out for the aesthetics and yummy food
The food was delicious, the service was incredible, the ambiance was divine, and it was the perfect place to enjoy dinner with my family + friends in a safe, warm, and beautiful environment.
Service, food and wine we’re good. I felt as though the tables were a little too close together. I would have felt safer if maybe less people were all seated at once or more space in between tables.
Daisy was wonderful, she made our experience great. Love the back area of Laurel Hardware, one of my favorite spots in LA.
LOVEEEED IT!!!!! Food and cocktails were incredible. Highly recommend
They need to play the music louder couldn’t hear it
Great ambience in the garden. Heat lamp kept it comfortable on a chilly night. Fun server. Great value on the happy hour menu. Only glitch, our food came cold but the chef redid everything piping hot at our request.
love love love it
always solid food
I have enjoyed Laurel Hardware dozens of times every year since they opened and now with the newly expanded back patio, the place is even better than ever.
I had their crispy shrimp and truffle fries, lemon drop for a drink, the vibe and food is amazing great service we were celebrating a birthday. We will definitely be back.
I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that the restaurant offers, located in west hollywood on a busy boulevard where the entrance doesn't have a nice curb appeal or inviting facade.
But everything changes when you walk into the restaurant, you feel welcoming from the moment that you check in with the hostess.
The patio is gorgeous and they have cozy tables and beautiful mature olive trees that are decorated with string lights.
Nadia my server was amazing she made our night, even though she had a lot of tables she could managed the time with her guests. Because service is a huge part of the experience when you go to a restaurant and the fact that she is a Pro and knows very well the term "Hospitality", that is a game changer. next I will request her again.
Love this place chill vibes great food great drinks!
Super cute place! Great ambiance and decor! Food was ok, drinks were great!
Gorgeous patio, amazing service, impeccable food.
We had friends visiting and wanted them to enjoy a great vibe West Hollywood experience... Laurel Hardware didn't disappoint. Our server Daisey was the icing on the cake!
Sofia was outstanding
I've been going to Laurel Hardware for years and the food slipped for a while; luckily, both food and cocktails are back to their initial quality and the ambiance is even better and livelier than when Laurel Hardware was a brand new, buzzy restaurant. However, service has really slipped. We had to wait nearly an hour (52 minutes) to be seated despite having a reservation. We were just a party of two, so I really didn't understand any excuses about it being 'too busy' to seat us. LH needs to stop over booking, or needs to do a better job making sure its patrons actually stay for their 90 minute time. The line to be seated went down an entire city block, no exaggeration.
The food was beyond delicious, we had a hard time deciding what was our favorite dish.
We had the Tuna Tartare, Burrata salad, truffle fries and Branzino. All delicious. We also had the berry crumble. Yummm. I highly recommend this restaurant
We had the worst seat , near where the servers kept going in and out . Took away from the experience
Beautiful outdoor space with ambient lighting. Drinks were tasty, and the food was great as well. Wish there were more vegan options but thats ok. Overall great experience.
Louder music would be great but not too loud. Great Happy Hour Specials from 4-6pm.
An amazing dinner! We sat in the extended back patio which was lovely (eclectic furniture, trees, lighting, whitewashed fencing). Our waiter Luke was great - personable, attentive, & knowledgeable, as well as the host who was very welcoming. Food was delicious - we stuck mostly to appetizers (4)- of note the ribs, salmon tartare & peach/burrata salad. We shared the branzino for a main which we didn't really need and we found a little salty but the skin was crispy which was yummy. We would rush back in a heartbeat (if we lived in LA). Until next time!
One of the best post COVID garden patios on Santa Monica Blvd. Good crowd, food and service.
The wait is stupid- even with a reservation, we waited 20 min.
Everything else was awesome!
Hospitality wasn’t great, but once seated our server, Daisy, was great.
The ambience is amazing. It really makes up for the faults in some ways. The happy hour is decent. My major issues were the mosquitoes(so many!), the sub par service- we asked for water and it took 30 mins after reminding them repeatedly! The cucumber watermelon drink was pretty good but the frozen lavender margarita was way too strong and too cold. The food was good. Amazing truffle fries and pork ribs. But the pizza was so salty. All in all it was a mixed experience and I had higher expectations.
Loved the vegan mushroom pizza! And always love their avocado toast!
Wonderful food and beautiful setting. Some items a little pricey for what they actually were, but everything was outstanding and fresh.
They had us waiting for over 40 minutes for our table and the waitress was not very friendly and sent her manager as if we weren’t going to pay the bill. I’ve been here once before and had a better experience.
Always love this place! iIf you can get beyond the bouncer/hostess, the rest of the night is perfection! I don’t know how they consistently have such chaos at the front door, but it is always the case! One of the prettiest outdoor settings in Los Angels and the food is amazing as well! Loved our server Vinnie! His New York humor added to our experience. Managers, take a look at your reservation system and get it in check and hire a hostess with some humor...she’s always got an attitude.
❤️ amazing, the environment was romantic yet inviting and the agent provocateur drink is to die for
Laurel Hardware has always been my go to spot! Was super surprised by the weekend happy hour. We loved everything!
I love this place, but I was a bit disappointed that I had made a reservation for 10:45 and was then made to wait another 40 minutes to get seated last night. By the time my party of two was finally seated at the very last table at the absolute back of the patio at a table made for 6 people, we were being rushed for last call by our server which was upsetting! Overall, I do love the ambiance of this place....just wish the service was a bit better unfortunately :(
When I told my family about the date I had been on the next day, they asked me if the restaurant had at least sent me a drink for the wait time/the fact that we were then rushed to order once we had been seated, which is something I had to unfortunately say no to as well! This would be my one critique for this place as it is definitely a hot spot and somewhere I would like to go again in the future.
Food and cocktails always great
Patio is wonderful !
Happy Hour too ? Who knew??
Amazing food, drinks, service and ambiance.
Had a reservation for 7.30 arrived at 7.25 made to stand outside in 100 degree heat for 30 minutes by the extremely rude male door bimbo. The one time we checked to make sure we hadn’t been forgotten about he told us to get back in line and we’d have to wait because the table of three were still dining even tho they were clearly over their one hour 30 time slot. Seriously is that the only 3 person table in the whole restaurant? So we continued to wait while he let in tables of two and tables of four. Go inside. We didn’t get seated until after 8. When inside there were many empty tables so we were kept outside for no reason at all. Then we were ignored for another 15 minutes before we were asked if we’d like a drink. They have extended their outside area and clearly because of this they just can’t handle the extra customers. This is the third bad experience here for us so I think at this point we are done with Laurel Hardware.
It was incredible.
The food was disappointing and mediocre across the board and I'm not picky. Ambience was lovely (I sat outside).
Amazing , great times
