Best brunch in Colorado! Ambience, service and food outstanding! Little expensive but still great!

Dressed for a dining experience. There was no need to. Apparently its come as you are- t shirts, flannels, shorts, sweatshirts. Husbands Stetson hat was asked to be removed before we entered(!) husband would have when seated , then i looked around at other diners. No dress code what so ever. The golfer next to us had his sports cap on throughout the meal. Kids in shorts . Y’all should decide what the restaurant is. The expense indicates fine dining , the no table cloths and sneakers says otherwise.

Wonderful experience. Elevated food and service without the pretentiousness one would get from any other restaurant offering the same equity food and service. We opted for the Chefs Choice which included a 4 course meal (starter, pasta, entree, dessert) and added the Sommelier option, where the in-house Sommelier selected and presented the wine pairings. We were so full, they let us take our desserts to go. We thank you Winston and Brian and everyone at Ristorante Del Lago

The service and beauty of dinning at The Summit were impeccable! The food was very good but not excellent for the price. It was the sauce offered and then poured on the wagyu beef and aged tenderloin that dampened the overall taste of such quality cuts of meat. I take responsibility for agreeing to it being added. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and still highly recommend.

Fabulous restaurant. Love that they still throw the bees on you as you enter. Great memories here.
