- IGIsabellaGRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went to high rail for the grand opening & really enjoyed the setting/ambience more than anything else. I appreciated all of the choices from seating options to lighting to wall color and tile, LOL - whoever designed the interior did a great job! The drinks were sort of small imo but the food portions were great! We really enjoyed the baked ricotta starter & the zucchini. The fish tacos were great also! Great views & you can see the city well from inside and outside.More infoHigh RailPrice: Expensive• American• Raleigh•4.7
- TTerriRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was my first time at Sullivan’s; my husband and I went for our anniversary. We were very early for our 6:30 reservation but got seated right away. The table was beautiful, decorated with rose petals and a “Happy Anniversary” card. The servers, Mercer and Meredith, were helpful with our dinner choices and very attentive. The food was incredible! We were brought warm bread and butter after we ordered, and I could have eaten the whole small loaf on my own. We both had the filet mignon and my husband had a baked potato—which he raved about—and a salad for his sides. The bacon vinaigrette dressing on his salad (from which I stole a bite) was wonderful. I got Brussels sprouts and sweet potato casserole for my sides (they come a la carte and are big enough to share) and both were excellent. For our anniversary dessert, we were given a complimentary slice of cheesecake with strawberries, and it was as delicious as the rest of the meal and served on a platter with a Happy Anniversary message that appeared to be written in chocolate (I didn’t taste it because it was so beautifully done, I didn’t want to mess it up). To top off the evening, we’d run into a friend who’s a regular diner at Sullivan’s and knows the staff well, and he enlisted Steve, another one of the servers, to come and perform a magic trick for us which we greatly enjoyed. All in all, a fantastic experience and I’m looking forward to our next trip to Sullivan’s!More infoSullivan's Steakhouse - RaleighPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Raleigh•4.3
