Blake was our server, and he's just the best, we are a resturant/bar owner, and LOVE this place, thank you for a great experience!

Everything was on point…valet parking, service, ambiance, and STEAKS! We had the onion rings, shared a wedge salad (we started to order 2, but our server, Brian, said one would be plenty for us to split and he was right!), I had filet mignon, hubs had the ribeye. The steaks were absolutely perfect. Perfect crust, perfect doneness, perfectly seasoned. Our server, Brian, was the best, I would seriously ask to be seated in his section every time. Attentive, but not all up in your business, knew exactly when to come to the table to check in, gave the right recommendations for us, his vibe was spot on.

The views from the restaurant are amazing! The table was perfect, just what we needed for our business meeting. The management was very accommodating when I had to add additional seating the day before. The staff showed us exceptional service and was super friendly plus very knowledgeable about the menu. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

1/8/2025 - At my age, 77, I have lost my appetite for restaurants and prefer my cooking. The Chart House is an exception to my preference as the restaurant is excellent, like 10 out of 10 on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being best, as to quality of food, presentation of the dish, taste and service. Nothing more need be said.

During a recent evening at Nostrana in Portland, my girlfriend and I were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff providing insightful recommendations and ensuring our needs were met throughout our Dinner.
