I went to Oswego Grill with my husband and some friends of ours. I had just begun a very restrictive diet due to a health problem but checked out the menu to see if there was anything I could eat and I decided on the Petrole Sole. But upon asking about spices I wasn’t able to have it. Besides no garlic, no onions, no dairy or gluten I had a difficult time finding something else. While I wound up not being able to eat anything our waiter was fantastic. She tried so hard to try to find me something and even sent over the manager to see what suggestion he might have. Both of them were so patient. I felt awful as I used to be a waitress and bartender and I didn’t want her, or the manager, to feel bad as it was totally my problem. The others in my party had great food and I hope, next time, I will be able to go there and eat the way I want as the menu wasn’t lacking on great choices. Just want to excites my appreciation at the effort our waitress, and the manager went to to try to find me something. We will certainly go back.

Food always excellent. Excellent cocktails. Service attentive, friendly, and helpful. Noise level is tolerable, which is not always the case these days in most restaurants. Notice business and family customers, all enjoying the experience.

I’ve been to the Margarita Factory numerous times for birthdays and family get togethers. It’s a great place to celebrate. My son and grandsons took me there for Mother’s Day yesterday and we had a wonderful time. I was happy that we were able to get a reservation the same day. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they had a special Mother’s Day menu. It was crazy busy, but the service was still quick and friendly. As usual, the food was delicious. We all love the chunky guacamole with warm chips. I had chicken mole enchiladas. The mole sauce had just the right blend of chilies and chocolate. My margarita was huge, but also delicious. Looking forward to the next visit.

Delicious food. Good service. Always meets the mark.

We enjoyed a quiet meal with friends, seated in a booth which made our evening nice a cozy. Food and service was very good as usual so we will go back again
