Wir lassen uns von Zutaten inspirieren, die in der französischen, chinesischen, thailändischen, polnischen und indischen Küche zu finden. Wir nennen uns daher auch "Freestyle"-Köche. Unsere Gerichte harmonieren hervorragend mit bekannten Weinen aus Oregon, vor allem der Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris und Chardonnay. Unsere umfangreiche Weinkarte, auf der hauptsächlich Weine aus Oregon zu finden sind, wurde vom Wine Spectator mit dem Best of Award of Excellence ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Joel Palmer House zu den schönsten historischen Häusern von Oregon zählt und auf dem National Register of Historic Places und dem Oregon Historic Register steht. Erbaut im Jahre 1857, ist es das älteste noch stehende Gebäude von Dayton. Wenn das Wetter es zulässt, können Sie Ihr Abendessen auf der Terrasse im Freien bei untergehender Sonne mitten im Oregon Wine Country genießen.
