Great experience as far as seating and wait time from the staff and food was good and amazing view

We were celebrating our anniversary & it was our first time dinning with Hy's Steak House in Waikiki, to which we agreed; that the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. They have complimentary valet parking in which the gentlemen's that were working were very polite, upon entering the restaurant we had a very warm welcoming by their front desk staffs & we had one of them attentively guide us to our table by which she made sure that we didn't miss our step on the way there (they do have mini stairs with carpet flooring~ I wore heels so I really appreciated the care), once we were seated we were greeted by our assigned host & server; they were both so friendly & helpful throughout our whole dinning experience. Our host was very patient with us by answering all our questions & our server was kind enough to make sure our table was clean throughout every new dish we gotten (we had ordered 1 of their set menu); they both casually check in on us & made sure our food were to our liking. The amount of hospitality that we've received throughout the night was absolutely delightful, their staffing really made sure that you are well taken care of~ especially if your first time dinning with them.

A great place for family or casual business dinner. Very good menu selection to share and eat family style. Service is always good and the atmosphere is nice.
