Restaurants near Virginia House

Celebrated my retirement, great food, service and ambiance. Definitely a must do when in RVA!!!

It was a wonderful experience. The doors were open to the street, a trio was playing, the server was helpful and friendly, the ambience had a nice vibe, and the food was great.

We sat at the bar, great food, great ambience, my only complaint was we kept asking the bartender what he recommended and he wouldn't give us recommendations. He would say things like "everything on the menu is good" We tried a couple different times but ended up just taking stuff on her own.

One of the best dinners we’ve had in a long time! Excellent food and service!!

The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a beverage, and good company! I recommend making a reservation and opting for the Adirondack chairs, as they offer great views of the stage when there’s a performer and provide shade. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and has become a new favorite!
