    We chose Carson's on Main to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary The service and food were excellent, as always. We especially enjoyed the complimentary champagne we were given. Love this place! Our server Hannah was great as well as the bartender ( I THINK his name was Matt) and the entrees were delicious.

    This place did not disappoint from our first bite of the amazing yeast roll to the last bite of our entrees (I had the halibut and hubby had the shrimp gnocchi.). The Thai calamari was also out of this world. We will be looking for a reason to come back to Lexington just so we can eat here again. Oh, and the bourbon collection was amazing too!

    As usual we were taken care of in JR style! We both had the 14 ounce sirloin (blackened) with a huge salad. Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. We went for lunch so no sushi nor baked potato on that menu. Their warm wonderful bread, steak and salad was more than enough to satisfy! We actually brought home leftovers. We plan to go again next week for the prime rib sandwich while the lunch hours are offered.

    The service was amazing we went for my birthday last night, and got the lamb special, our hostess said that the mashed potatoes that came with it were unavailable but worked with me to still get the perfect meal, she made any accommodation I needed and always checked in to make sure all was okay and got a free drink as my birthday gift! The service was spectacular as was the food. Definitely loved the experience.
