This restaurant is a gem and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I have each time I come. However, this time was extremely special because of our server Nicole. What a wonderful person 😍😍. She truly made the night for us besides the food and libations (which NEVER disappoint). Everyone from the Hostess to the sous gets a round of applause 👏🏾 cannot wait to return.

It was a hit with my out of town friends from nyc who enjoy nice dining experiences. Checked all the boxes but primarily want to call out the wonderful staff, who did everything to accommodate us, lowered the music when we did the tarot reading, delayed our food so it wouldn’t get cold while we did that, sat us earlier than our reservation because we showed up early. Just love to see the strong communication delivering an excellent customer service.

This was our first time at Ballard Cut and we really loved it. The food was really quite good, the service was excellent and the ambience was nice on a Wednesday evening. Our only complaint is that we wish they would indicate which menue items are gluten free. Otherwise not complaints, hight recommended.
