We went here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we had excellent service and food. We watched the most beautiful sunset as we waited for our dinner. Defiantly recommend it and excited to go back again.

Range Restaurant is the higher end one at Brasada Ranch Resort; it is seasonal, closing down in late September for the Winter. My wife and I had dinner there on a Friday evening. We are always delighted to get a reservation at Elevation...it is a lovely place to share a delicious meal and enjoy seeing the students hone their hospitality crafts. The food, the service and staff, the place are just lovely. We are very grateful to know you all!

Kind and knowledgeable staff. Unique and delicious drink menu. Best steak I have ever had! Cant wait to go back next time we are in town.

First visit to Salutè did not disappoint. Every dish was excellent! We enjoyed the chicken Marsala, shrimp scampi and chicken Parmesan. Each one was delicious. For dessert we shared the cannoli. Wonderful! Service was great and it was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We’ll be back soon!
