Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to enjoy your multi-course meal carefully and thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Dan Gullickson, who designs the tasting menu each evening. Courses range from five to 12, depending on fresh ingredients available from on onsite greenhouse, the season, and any themes we may be highlighting (such as Chinese New Year or St. Patrick's Day).Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf spirits, with an curated wine and beer list. All mixes, salts, and syrups for cocktails and mocktails are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients. The dining room seats 18 people, so each person's experience is personal, private, and delightful. We only offer one seating in the evening at 6:30. Bar opens at 5:30. Meander is the onsite restaurant for Shortgrass Resort, built by Cappie, Alex (Sprout), and Rachel, as seen on Building Outside the Lines on the Magnolia Network and streaming on Max.
