Vault exceeded expectations! Our sever was attentive and informative, making great suggestions for appetizers and main dishes. Our food was prepared to perfection-steaks at the perfect temp and tuna well seasoned. Best meal I’ve had in a long time-a gem in Hot Springs!

First time eating at this Hot Springs icon. Atmosphere is quaint, located in the cellar of an old building with rock walls, but it fits the ambiance perfectly. Michelle, our server, was very attentive (until trying to get the check, but she was involved in taking orders of a party of 10) and knowledgeable. I had the Veal Jager Schnitzel, cooked perfectly with a yummy mushroom sauce, my date had the Chicken Kiev. Both outstanding, as well as the beer selection. Will definitely make this a regular place.

We ordered the smoked arugula & carpaccio appetizer and it was one of the most delicious starters we’ve ever had! Truly, it was not only a work of art, but it was fabulous! My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits and their burger was delicious too! One note - no gluten free bread or crackers, which was a disappointment for a world class restaurant. We brought this to the attention of the manager who said they are discussing this for the future.

It would have been 5 stars all around only the pesto pasta had wayy to much pesto and olive oil you need to trust your pasta and shrimp ( which were fantastic) that was the only thing. Though the trout was perfect so was the risotto!
