Restaurants near Sunset Beach Inn

We had a reservation for 5:15 but due to rain and traffic we were running late. We called and let them know and they said they could hold the table until 5:45. We arrived at 5:50 and they happily gave us our table, even though we were perfectly fine waiting if we had to. The server was Mary, who is studying to become a nurse. She was great and attentive and wasn’t in a rush to cut our conversations short. The food was great, hot and fresh. I got steak medallions and you barely needed a knife to cut them. My friend got the pretzel crusted pork chop which was also well cooked and juicy. On the way out my friend decided to get some wine from the wine club. As we were inquiring about the wine of t month, they brought us over 2 samples. I know Coopers Hawk is a chain and sometimes chains are hit and miss but the one in Naples is always consistent. We love going there and we will be back!

we had booked an outside table but it was raining & tables & chairs all wet. When I went inside to ask if they could possibly seat us inside, the host was so pleasant & said they would accommodate us but “we’d have to sit on side room”. That was perfect because we prefer that room - usually a little quieter, less crowded. We had beet salad, crab cake & shrimp & grits. Food was excellent, our waitress was great, a very lovely experience on a dreary, rainy evening.

I have visited many times. The food, wine and service is reliably good. Today we ordered from the Appetizer and Wine menu available from 3-5pmweekdays. There are five selected Appetizers ranging from $10-$12, each ample for 2 people. The selected wine is $8/glass. My wife and I shared 4 appetizers, had 2 glasses of wine each and dessert for less than $90 including tax. A good value for an enjoyable evening (with some leftovers for tomorrow)!

Excellent new spot on Sanibel. Great having a restaurant that takes reservations.

Very upper class, white table cloth place on the island. Ambiance and decor were top notch, service and food was very good.
