Restaurants near Stuart River Park

We took my mom for her birthday because we wanted to do something really special. The Shogun with the excellent food and fun show at the Teppanaki table was going to be perfect for the occasion. Overall, it was a good experience with good service and excellent food. Sang did wonderfully with the meal prep and everything tasted so good - tender meat, crispy vegetables and a great atmosphere. Where I was disappointed was when we didn't get the "show" after the meal was cooked. We saw it happening at all the tables around us but we were told that he didn't have enough "room" and that maybe he'd come back and then laughed and said, "no I won't". We came for the food, but also came for the show. It was quite a disappointment when you purposely book the table for entertainment AND food and then miss out. It felt like we weren't worth the effort .

Good food, friendly service, welcoming atmosphere.

We had a wonderful dinner and our waiter Tristan was absolutely wonderful!

The food was okay but the shrimp and onion rings went soggy from the steak drippings

Attentive service. My pulled pork sandwich and garden salad with balsamic dressing were both really good. It is a very comfortable place to have lunch with a friend.
