Restaurants near South Side Park

We were worried because we had a reservation at the end of the serving timeframe, but they kept the food filled with fresh hot food the entire time we were there, even as we were leaving. It was an awesome Thanksgiving buffet, and I would highly recommend it.

We reserved a standard table by the window because my husband has hip problems and can not sit high top chairs. But we were given a table far from the window with high top table. We told the hostess that's not what we've requested. They quickly made the changes, but we had to a few minutes for our requested table to be ready. Janine, our server was very attentive to us. The food was good except for the baked eggs and the fresh oysters.

We love this place!!! It’s our go to before CAPs games, but recently disappointed with the chicken tenders. I think they changed the offering & not for the better. Would not order them again unless they were back to original recipe with “real” tenders, not chicken breast sliced to resemble tenders…and the breading is crispy. Please bring back the real tenders!!!

We popped in for a couple afternoon cocktails and snacks, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very fun, and knowledgeable.

We had a bounteous feast on endless shrimp. I recommend getting the three for 20 since I was too full for anymore when I finished the first serving.
