I was there for a birthday lunch, with a total of four girls. After we ate, our friend opened her gifts. We sat there for another 45 minutes and finished our drinks, but felt like we were being made to leave, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. He was a Wait Staff helper in a white jacket that came over to our table and rudely grabbed our napkins and one plate with an angry look on his face. We asked him if he wanted us to leave and he turned and left without any conversation. He was not friendly at all! Our server and the host were amazing! Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and made my friends birthday feel very special. I will add that the food was excellent! Would we go back? Maybe not, due to feeling uncomfortable with the person who was the servers help.

Baldamar is a welcome destination on the near north side of the twin cities. Wonderful steaks, with tasty side options. It’s slightly noisy, but the atmosphere is well worth the visit.

My client continouisly requests to come back to this restaurant! He raves about the service, food, and ambience.

Loved the experience! Ambiance was nice, a bit dark but beautiful inside. Food and service was amazing! Attentive wait staff but not overbearing. Can’t wait to go back!

Toshina is just amazing, remembering our names and greeting us when she sees us. We first met her when we came in to Crave after a sad event, my husband's mother's funeral, in early May, and Crave has a special place in our hearts now because of the care and sympathy shown by Toshina,❤️
