Had another wonderful dinner at Regions 117 on Wednesday night, and once again, you knocked it out of the park. We both went with the Tuna Poke Bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the tuna was exceptional—clean, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every bite was a reminder of how good tuna should be. I honestly can’t get enough of the pickled vegetables—Crisp, tangy, and bursting with flavor, they add the perfect contrast to the silky tuna and round out the bowl beautifully. Regions 117 continues to be the friendliest room in town. There's something really special about watching the entire team work in sync—everyone pitching in, smiling, and clearly caring about the our' experience. You never have to wait long for anything; someone is always nearby and ready to help with genuine enthusiasm. A great meal, great staff, and a great atmosphere! Thank you.

Excellent dinner, as always. Hubby had the swordfish which he said was outstanding. I had the classic summer BLT. Love the bacon they use and the fresh summer tomatoes...And the basil mayo tops it off perfectly! Brought the chocolate peanut butter pie home for dessert. Service was attentive and timed perfectly

Ashby Inn is a lovely restaurant in historic and beautiful Paris, VA and a perfect place for special occasions. The food, atmosphere and service are wonderful. We’ll certainly be back!

Summer Brunch was greatly enjoyed, especially the Crab Pot Pie . . . superb.
