Awesome dinner with a great group of friends. Brought my own wine, corkage fee reasonable. Service (William rocked!!) was impeccable and the food??? Amazing. Four of us split the 48oz Tomahawk, did a Whole Chilled Lobster entree to share as an appetizer, others had the lobster bouillabaisse and grilled Brandt beef tenderloin. For appetizers/sides, we did the crispy Yukon potatoes, bone marrow, sweet corn risotto gnocchi, truffle butter brioche… we didn’t hold back!! And to top it all off, we killed (it was not full) one of their bottles of Louis XIII. I *always* love to take out-of-town (and locals, too) friends to Ella’s.

We had a group of 5, a mini reunion of women who had not gotten together as a group since the late 1980s (as best we recall). One was a little late and another was nearly an hour late but the staff made them feel welcome and got them to us as quickly as possible. We stayed longer than the ordinary luncheon diners but, again, they let us be until we were ready to go. The food was excellent and we had a lovely, memorable time. Thank you!

First time at this location. Have visited University Village and Roseville before. Had a business lunch. Got there a little early but they sat us right away. Hostess was very nice. Server came over quickly with chips and salsa and took our drink order. Food was great as was the overall service. Highly recommend.
