Terra Plata is quintessentially northwest in its decor and warm ambience. The food is always excellent and the service is attentive but not intrusive. We had a large party for a birthday and the staff returned calls for tweaking the reservation and accommodated special requests with the utmost friendliness. Our server was professional and knowledgeable, making the evening extra special. A sweet touch was the birthday printed on our menus. It's made a nice keepsake. Terra Plata is a class act and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great food as always. The menu is a little daunting, page after page of delicious sounding food. We started with the bacon slab as an appetizer. It’s not often I would rave about a parsley purée instead of bacon, but it was so good. I had the sausage and beef meatloaf for an entree. Excellent. Highly recommend.

The Pink Door was hard to find. It’s on a small backstreet with no signage, just a pink door that opens to a narrow staircase. The entrance was crowded with people trying to get walk-in seating. Fortunately we had reservations and were taken to a great table overlooking the water. Service was excellent as was the food. The Pink Door should be high on your list of restaurants in Seattle, but book well in advance.

We had a reservation for 5 people and 7 showed up. The staff was very nice about accommodating us and the servers took good care of us. The food was very nice and seemed fairly priced for seafood. The only downside, and this admittedly is subjective but it was quite noisy, even out on the patio where our group was seated. Also, essentially we were sitting around a picnic table so not luxurious. However our out-of-town loved the scene by the water and we really enjoyed ourselves.
