Restaurantes cerca de Schulenburg Historical Museum

Brossa’s is a great restaurant. People don’t expect to find such excellent food and drink in Washington County and that’s why I love to take out-of-towners. It has always had an excellent wine list and has added an open bar with a creative and talented bartender. The pasta dishes are always spot on so I stuck with that and my guest’s three small plates looked superb, especially the meatballs. Check it out. Oh, and the owner’s wife is an excellent tailor - makes the costumes for Brenham’s acclaimed Unity Theater. Talented couple. Unfortunately, while-you-dine tailoring is not offered at the restaurant.

Mother’s Day with my wife was excellent. The place was full, so the kitchen was a bit slow. We started with chips and queso (delicious) and some adult beverages. We each had the special - stir fried shellfish and andouille sausage over Chinese noodles. Service was excellent and we were able to meet and converse with nice people at the next table.

Great place to eat!! Food and drinks are amazing!
