    Our waitress, Samantha (Sam) was amazing! She absolutely KNEW her food and drinks, and was extremely personable. She gave great recommendations, was very attentive, but was also respectful and did not rush our reservation at all. When we ever go back, we HOPE she will be there to help us again. Thanks Sam!!

    The Melting Pot was exceptionally busy at 7 pm on 1/31/2025— Friday of Restaurant Week! We had made a reservation and we were seated about 7:30… but did not mind the wait as we had made our reservation for the “Lover’s Lane” seating and love Melting Pot! Food was wonderful as always, and our server, James, was amazing—busy, but personable and efficient. We love Melting Pot and have all our special occasions here ❤️. The new manager, Jason, also stopped at our table toward the end of our meal to see if we had had a good experience.

    Best meal we have had in a very long time. Service was extraordinary. Our server, Colin, was perfect. The manager learned my husband likes spiciness so he brought him two spicy accompaniments to try. Very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy alligator, duck, and alligator crab cake. My Butterfly and Bee cocktail was inventive and enjoyable. Relaxing ambience. Loved everything about our dining experience!
