Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. WE ARE FAMOUS FOR OUR WET AND DRY-AGED STEAKS THAT ARE HAND-CUT BY OUR IN HOUSE PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS.Our steaks are wet aged on average 45 to 70 days, cut and then dry-aged for another 5 to 7 days. This extensive aging process is what separates us from our competition. We have been described as serving a “Ruth’s Chris” steak at an “Outback” price. In addition to our signature steaks, we serve baby back ribs, fresh salads, chicken, seafood, fajitas, and we even have two pasta dishes. Prices range on entrees from $9.99 to $29.00 for our 22 oz. T-bone steak. We make our dishes from scratch using the best ingredients. It’s the little details that keep the guests returning, from grilling a lemon to be squeezed on a fresh grilled fish, to making our brownies for our signature dessert, the Brownie Sundae.

    What a fabulous place with a fascinating menu! Wonderful staff as well. Michael and Tony were just the best. We had the steaks which were perfect, but we sort of regretted not trying some of the Chef's other interesting option. Beautiful grounds from what we saw arriving around dusk. We happened to be in the area and found it, but we might make the long drive to visit again.

    Food was good but on the pricier side. My sister and I appreciated that we could sample lots of beers before settling on one to order. Some people at nearby tables were over the top noisy, as if they had been drinking beer all day.

    Always enjoy visiting Manor Hill Tavern. We especially like to eat outside in their little covered courtyard. Food was delicious- drinks were great and we had 2 waitresses -service was awesome! It was a wonderful evening!

    Superior service, a marvelous baker, yummy brunch, outrageous scones, nice upstairs dining room, well trained and amazing baristas. Chef and team are great! Bonus feature, bar with interesting cocktails, tap beer. Happy hours are fun! Try pizza night! Our absolute fave cafe and bakery. I could go on and on with my comments. For us, brunch every Sunday, and I stop in twice/week for take away scone and latte. Thank you Atwaters!!! Richard
