Restaurants near Rolando Shopping Center

It was a truly epic experience. I probably should've reserved a table instead of the bar, but I didn't know how the bar was laid out. All the bartenders made great recommendations and pairings for cocktails. My biggest complaint was the music was a bit loud. I liked it, but the person I came with didn't and it was hard to hear her. She also didn't like any of the drinks she had, but I don't know what you can do about that besides maybe have a supplemental "classic cocktails" menu. Also weird sidenote that I know would be a pain to change, but I wish they used smaller glasses. I feel like so much ice is going to waste just to make the glasses look full. I had the Warbird, Star Rider, and Polaris (also a sip of Wormhole). Star Rider and Wormhole were my favorites but I liked all four. I also had the noodle and that curry sauce with the pineapple was so darn good. I didn't even realize it was a vegan restaurant. Wish it came with a spoon to finish off the curry.

This was the closest to what we experienced in Burgundy: pre fixe multiple course tasting menu, amazing fresh food prepared with skill and care, and an excellent wine list. Service was wonderful; the staff helped each other out as one team. They made us feel special. Even the chef was accommodating, as he permitted us to substitute a cheese course for the planned desert. Next time (and there will be a next time) we will dine in the little garden, which looked charming. There are a number of interesting, fun restaurants in North Park. Many are worth visiting. But Wormwood stands out from the pack our meal was next to perfect. Highly recommended.

We ordered the cheese wheel pasta and the carbonara along with polenta with sausage , a Caesar salad and garlic bread. The restaurant serves complimentary focaccia bread and their garlic bread is ciabatta. Both of them are good but the garlic is heavy duty. We liked the carbonara better than the cheese wheel lol Their wine selection is good and everyone is very nice. We will be back to try more pastas and dessert.

First time trying this place and we loved it ! Our waiter was amazing I think his name was Julio not quit sure but he’s this tall bald guy we loved his vibe and his service he had the most friendly face and nice smile. The food was delish everyone liked what they ordered and the place is so cute so aesthetic. We will definitely be returning soon.

Always have a great time here. Food is always excellent with a great atmosphere.
