The service at Il Venetian is unmatched! The restaurant is gorgeous and the ambiance was perfect, but the customer service is what really wowed me. My steak was a bit overcooked and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied! I will most definitely return.

Blue Pointe is still a wonderful spot for a special occasion. The Holiday decorations were beautifully done and the atmosphere was lovely. Our server was fantastic. Most of the food was amazing. I was disappointed in my Sea Bass, they replaced it quickly and offered me other items while I waited . Overall a consistent and wonderful experience

This is and was the best steaks I have had in Cleveland In a super long time. Pasta, Salads, all was absolutely top notch! Can not wait to go back

The new appetizer sampler is phenomenal and a wonderful way for new guests to sample the most delicious appetizers on the menu. The new cocktail and mules, as well as several new entrees, were added to the menu 2 days before our arrival, and all of them were incredible. Their bourbon cart is a must try! None of us had room for dessert, but that just means that we will have to go back very soon to try them! Fahrenheit is THE BEST!!!
