The Carlin is an upbeat, upscale restaurant in beautiful Breckenridge that offers delicious food and very attentive wait staff. We were delighted with our evening and will return soon,

The food was quick to arrive at our table and was amazing! My boyfriend loved the bison short ribs. The waiter was also very nice. It was a busy night so it was a little noisy but, it was okay. Very cool place. Dress is classy casual.

It was delicious as always, and my first timer business partners loved it. Thanks for being consistently good!

We always dine @ Arum when visit Breckenridge. The drink selection is extensive. The cauliflower starter is excellent. We had the soba + mushrooms and hanger steak. Both were delicious and filling. Topped it off with coffee and fruit crisp which was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed a two perfectly cooked filets on a rooftop overlooking panoramic views of Dillion reservoir. The wine was fantastic and we had great recommendations from our server (and manager) Jordan. We could not say more about the customer service Jordan offered and ambiance of the rooftop cannot be beat anywhere close to here. We have already recommended to several people and hope to be back everytime we visit Dillon!
