How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     As usually, everything was generally outstanding. Server was great - very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. If I’m going to be critical, I ordered a pizza and asked for sausage to be added. It was, but very little, not worth the add n charge. Other than that, food was great.

    Once again Echo & Rig does not disappoint/10 years!! This is our Go To place when weather permits….we LOVE sitting on Balcony!! From the time Warren welcomed us at our table to all workers, servers make u feel VIP SPECIAL. Juan Carlos our server was extremely attentive as was his assistant. We LOVE their appetizers: steak tartare, Pork Belly, Lamb Cigars, Pig’s Head Terrine (thank u Juan/his favorite) & an awesome Fried Spinach Salad!!! The best is able to bring YOUR bottle of wine..NO corkage!! And all the sparkling water!! Thank you for our gratis dessert!! We continue to “Sing your praises to ALL”

    As a neighborhood gem, we are so lucky to have this wonderful dining option in our neighborhood. Chef James Tree created one of our favorite spots. It's delicious and surprising every visit. We go often too! The menu updates are always a good surprise, last night my hubs had the NY strip that was a last minute add on, it was epic. Kenny our incredible service leader was impeccable.     We LOVE supporting family owned neighborhood restaurants, and this one is well worth the support. From the outside this place is unimpressive, but inside it is elegant and charming. White tablecloth service, reasonably priced wine list and just the nicest, warmed people you could ever hope to meet. Food is consistently excellent and reasonably priced. Owner/chef comes out and meets his guests— a nice touch. This restaurant does not attract a lot of street traffic and depends on the word of mouth from loyal guests

    What can I say about this place….. they are the absolute best!! We come here once a year for the wife’s birthday dinner….. the lasagna is her favorite….. they put us in the booth this time….. AWESOME…… we were able to see the dinner singer perfectly….. the food is above excellent…… I would say one thing though….. the first drink should be free….. but they keep telling me free drinks tomorrow….. lol….. I would always recommend Capos….. fugedaboutit……
