20 year anniversary dinner reservation while staying at Ko Olina. This was our first time at Roy's. We sat on the patio, right next to the railing, overlooking the 18th green and waterfall. The view was fantastic. From the moment we sat down we were immediately greeted by our awesome beverage waiter, who blessed our anniversary. Our waiter, Derrick, was on top of his game, friendly, prompt and also made a point to wish us a wonderful anniversary. We started with the Canoe Appetizer (amazing), my wife had crab cakes and brussel sprouts (delicious) and I had the Duet (butter fish and coconut crusted white fish). WOW! The food was sensational! We did not have room for dessert, but we were brought a chocolate brownie with coconut dessert bar on a plate with chocolate and raspberry drizzle. Again, delicious! The only thing we would change would have been the crab cakes; they were more like a seafood cake - the insides were a bit mushed together and not chunky. The outside was crispy and delicious. We are from the Pacific Northwest so maybe we should stick to crab cakes there, which are amazing. However, the crab cakes at Roy's still had good flavor and overall, we have no complaints! We will be back to Roy's in the future!

This restaurant is a favorite. Incredible food and exceptional service in a gorgeous setting. Italian food with meat and fish entrees. You won’t be disappointed regardless of the dish. Wonderful flavors and presentation.

Perfection ! Signature mai tais are a must. Poke taco appetizer-yum! Seafood to prime ribeye prepared flawlessly. Server was on point. She was always one step ahead of our needs. We dine here 1-2 times yearly. Best, best consistently delicious food, service, and vibe in ko olina.

We were celebrating a birthday. Our meal was wonderful, the hamachi appetizer was amazing. The service was top tier, everyone was very attentive. We ordered the black cod, the ono and sides to share. The cocktails were delicious…we ordered a rum old fashioned and a premium Japanese whiskey. The ambiance and view are absolutely stunning. We were there just before sunset so got to experience the lighting of the tiki torches and the blowing of the conch shell. Our night will be a lovely memory for years to come. Thank you Mina’s!
