Gaido’s truly lives up to its reputation! The seafood dishes were absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Every bite reflected their commitment to quality and culinary excellence. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. This was a memorable dining experience, and I highly recommend Gaido’s to anyone looking for top-notch seafood and exceptional hospitality.

We decided to try a very late lunch and take dessert home for dinner. It was a great idea. The restaurant was quiet, we got a table looking out at the water, the food was great and service was outstanding. Plus, I never normally get to eat dessert because I’m full after the main course, so it was great to have dessert (which was really delicious) later that evening! Altogether a great experience. We will be going back soon.

Amazing food and service! We loved the local red snapper. We ate outside which was very relaxed and a great welcome dinner for the beach vacation. The inside dining experience was more upscale though casual enough for a nice family dinner. The location was perfect; on the bay close to all the vacation rental houses so you don't have to drive so far back into Galveston. Highly recommend!

Very good care taken regarding our food allergy. Very good service. Key lime pie that we took to go was rancid. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that until we had eaten a few bites. 2 burgers and fries, 2 pieces of pie, one bar drink and one tea was $100.

We enjoyed outside patio. The Sun shade was lowered which made it very comfortable… no noise problems outside.
