Chef Wesley E. Choplin graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1997.Chef Wes, as he is fondly known in the industry, has been a sought after chef from his early years at the world renowned Pinehurst Golf & Country Club. Der Innenbereich ist dezent und entspannt; aber dennoch elegant. Die Wände sind mit warmem Stein, Erdtönen und Wasserspielen betont.
