First time here. The food was amazing. Came out hot. Waitress was exceptional. Always checking in to make sure everything was good

Food was delicious as usual. We sat on the patio and as the weather cooled, heaters turned on. Perfect!

My husband and I came here for a date night and started with a plate of nachos to share. They were tasty, but we found the menu prices quite high, discouraging us from ordering anything else. To stay competitive, I’d suggest considering more reasonable pricing to attract and retain more customers. That said, the service was excellent! Our server, Matia, was fantastic—very warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but that’s typical for a Jack Astor’s and part of the lively vibe. Overall, great service, fun energy, but the pricing could use a second look.
