Food is outstanding and portions are great. Showed up at 6:15 (early) for a 6:30 table and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though the dining room was empty and there were at least 8 empty 4-tops. I guess maybe I had to wait for someone to start their shift at 6:30. Was told they had to get my table ready, even tough the table we were sat at was ready since we walked in (along with 7 others). Just be honest with me. Tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited, but nobody ever came up to the 4 of us to ask if we wanted anything, so went back to wait by the door. Service was mediocre at best. When you order the 3-spring roll appetizer, but ask for one more, you'd think they might come together or on the same plate, but the 4th one showed up 5 minutes later on a single plate. Eggplant didn't show up and we finally asked and were told it was burnt and they refired it. We cancelled that since we were halfway through dinner already. I'd go back for the food quality, but I hope they can figure everything else out.

Brunch was awesome with a great selection of food, it’s hard not to find something tasty. Loved the Paella, lechon and omelette bar! Also very tasty veggie options. We opted for bottomless Bellinis which helped up the experience. Great price for even better vibes

Had a wonderful time today! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group. The staff were attentive, and the coffee and desserts were a lovely touch. A great spot for hosting small gatherings with a cozy, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Food is excellent. We find that the lunch full experience is a great value. The preparation at the Spectrum is better than other locations for the chain. Excellent for a corporate dinner, though the ambiance is lacking for a date.

Met with friends for dinner and throughly enjoyed all our food and drinks! We got a couple of tacos off the ‘secret’ menu and they were amazing! Had some guacamole for a starter which was very tasty. Drinks we had a Cadillac margarita, Puesto Perfect, and raspberry lemon drop (made with Chambord) which were awesome. Ci-Ci (spelling?) was our server and she was great!
