Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious.     Cool vibe- relaxed open floor plan with NW feel Service was impeccable! Our server, Ben E, was well versed re menu and history of the building, and warm and friendly as he expertly coursed our meal. The drinks were delicious- two had dry concoctions they loved and two had well made boozie delights. The Chilean Sea Bass and the Mussels on Bruchetta were incredibly good but the Tuna Tatar was out of this world! If you love excellently prepared seafood - this is the place to find it.

    The original item that my friend & I had, wasn’t after all, the shrimp Louie salad. We were notified right away & close another entree. We were very happy with our new choices, my friend had the herb chicken, she asked for asparagus rather than green beans & of course her request was fulfilled, & she said it was excellent & beautiful to look at. I had the prawns & chips, & oh my gosh, they were succulent & excellent. Our server gave us a complementary dessert, a delicious Key Lime Tiramisu, to make up for the entrees that were not available.
