Here's a restaurant review tailored for Jade: --- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bottiglia and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to our amazing server, Jade. From the moment we arrived, Jade's warm and attentive service made us feel welcomed and cherished. She was incredibly sweet, catering to both my parents and me, ensuring that we all felt special as we celebrated our birthdays. Jade went above and beyond, making sure every detail was perfect. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care truly stood out. She was also a Virgo like the rest of our family, haha! I appreciated her natural ability to make everyone feel valued. It’s not often you find such a dedicated and personable server. We loved and appreciated her exceptional service, and it made our dining experience all the more enjoyable! Thank you, Jade, for making our celebration so memorable.

The food, service & ambience was wonderful. My server Jordon was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be back!

It was such a pretty and fun place! They have a Walter Mercado mural and his robe. The bathroom is full of Pedro pascal and lights flickering with the music. I loved it !

Had a great night out with friends at Hanks. We tried the Australian Waygu Strip, petit filet, a rib eye and a bison rib eye. Comiments to the chef and his staff! All were phenomenal and expertly cooked. Presentation was appealing as well. Sides were the scalloped potatoes, potato puree, and the cauliflower and they were all hits enjoyed by everyone at the table. A must have is the Banana Foster dessert which is prepared table side. Compliments must be given to our wait staff, especially our lead server Trevor who gave great recommendations, was attentive to our table, and just super friendly and affable. Will definitely be coming back to Hanks to enjoy the great food, and to be honest mostly because of the great service that Trevor displayed. If imbibing I would say go with the Sinatra martini. It’s a pretty neat drink that plays on the old fashioned. Delicious! Cheers!

The food was excellent. Especially the white lasagna and the pork shank. We also 2 bucatini pasta dishes that were excellent. The mushroom tart for an app was great to share among 4 people, and also had the corn dogs which was a surprise on the menu but was quite good. Paloma cocktail was perfect. Service was excellent. Waiter asked if it was our first time, and it was, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and with portions. There was DJ who was awesome!! Played 80’s music and was spot on with all the great songs all of us 50-something’s grew up listening to. Was a great addition. He even came over to personally make sure it wasn’t too loud and that we liked the songs. The decor is super cool. Great vibe with this retro feel but modern as well. Surprise hit for shopping strip center location. We came because of Elia (the Chef being on Top Chef), and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience!! Definitely going back.
