Restaurants near Middle Basin

The food choices were eclectic, generously portioned, innovative and quite delicious. The servers were professional and friendly and particularly well-intentioned with respect to our two young grandchildren who accompanied us: crayons and coloring paper, plus two unique child-focused gifts. Their food was delivered first so it could cool off as the rest of our meal starting with appetizers came out well-timed and appropriate temperature. For the adults, scallops dinner with 8-9 large perfectly cooked scallops. Large grilled mahi fillets (with chorizo “breading” that tasted crispy and was deliciously seasoned) at least an inch thick, with buttery mashed potatoes and thick broccoli spears. Also fresh guacamole and all-crab crab cake starters and warmed rolls as well. Very good and rich key lime pie to end the meal, shared by three adults and on grandchild. Nice beer list sorted by type and in bottles or or cans. None on tap. The restaurant had a country cottage vibe and decor with big windows, fun, eclectic art. There are a few outdoor tables for those who can handle the heat. The other diners were all at least 50 years old with most over 65 which seemed surprising, in that more families or younger groups weren’t there on a Saturday night. They don’t know what they are missing, as we, our grandkids and their parents were absolutely delighted.

We were so lucky to get a last minute reservation for 5 for Easter brunch. Initially I thought we would be dining in their main restaurant (which looked beautiful) for their weekly Boozy Sunday Brunch. I had not seen anything online or on their website about an Easter Buffet. So we were pleasantly surprised. The grand ballroom location was a bit “conference-like”, but everything on the Easter Buffet was quite delicious and fresh. Service by all staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I was a little disappointed that there was not a fruit selection and it was a little on the pricey side. Overall, it was a great experience. We look forward to going back for the Boozy Sunday Brunch and Happy Hour!

A wonderful experience before departing on a cruise. The waitress was wonderful and always filling up our drinks and checking in on us. The food was great compared to other restaurants around them. Definitely would come back again and choose this restaurant over the surrounding restaurants!

Qs was awesome. What wasn't awesome was the Open Table service. Qs said they do not take reservations nor are they in an agreement with you. Luckily they were able to accommodate my party of 10. Would've been embarrassing to not have that Table ready for a reservation made weeks before.
